Attorney M. Oğuzhan Çakıroğlu graduated from Kastamonu Göl Anatolian High School and completed his undergraduate legal education, which he began at Bilkent University, at Maltepe University Faculty of Law as an honor student. During his undergraduate studies, he actively engaged in academic research and authored an article entitled “The Legal Regulation of Electronic Commerce.” Within the scope of the Presidential National Internship Program, he completed an internship at the Ministry of Justice, where he conducted both theoretical and practical studies primarily in the fields of enforcement and bankruptcy law, commercial law, and contract law.
Throughout this period, he successfully completed several international and specialized training programs, including the Judicial Conduct and Ethics Program organized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the Intellectual Property Training Program organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Contracts and Employment Law Program offered by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and various training programs in Information Technology Law. Concurrently, he continued his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul University.
Following his graduation from the Faculty of Law, Çakıroğlu completed his legal traineeship under the Kastamonu Bar Association. He currently serves as a founding and managing partner at BOA Law Firm, where he focuses primarily on enforcement and bankruptcy law, contract law, and commercial law, providing his clients with competent, structured, and professional legal consultancy services.
He is fluent in English.
